For a Tourist E-Visa to Bahrain, you will need:

Passport Copy: A scanned image of a signed passport page with an expiry date of at least six months
Travel Plan: Including name, a round-trip ticket or a detailed itinerary.
Hotel reservation, provide either a copy of your booking or, if staying with a friend or relative, a printout of their ID.
Valid Visa ( optional ): A copy of a valid visitor's visa for the United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States, or Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (excluding Hajj and Umrah visa), Schengen Area, or a United States Green Card.
Bank Statement: For the past three months, a document listing the transactions in the visitor's name must show a final balance of at least USD 1000.

Please note that once the e-visa is approved, it will be sent to your verified email address.
The electronic visa is linked to your passport; however, you should print it out and take it with you to Bahrain.
It's recommended to apply at least ten days prior to the planned arrival date.
